I have benefited from Tai chi mentally as well as enjoying the benefit of the exercise, my balance has certainly improved and the pleasure of making friends, looking forward to tai chi mornings.


Rachel's calm, gentle manner enables a journey towards mastering the ancient art of tai chi, without judgement or expectation.  I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience so far and fully intend to continue learning this wonderful art form. Suffering from M.E. has made other forms of exercise too stressful, the gentle stretching and breathing at the heart of tai chi is a perfect fit.


I find the classes stimulating and challenging and look forward to becoming proficient in the movements and able to perform a sequence with ease.  I love the accompanying music which creates a tranquil atmosphere.
