Join us for morning tai chi in the beautiful surroundings of the croquet lawn at the Budock Vean hotel.
I will be teaching a 45 minute class, weather permitting, at 10 am on Wednesdays through the summer.
These are drop in sessions. Please email me to book a place. Cost £10 per session.
